Q. Do you offer investment advice?
A. No. Invest at your own risk. The value of the Iraqi Dinar may go up or down. Accordingly when you decide to sell Iraqi Dinars they may be worth more or less than you originally paid for them.
Q. What is the demand for Iraqi Dinar in the United States?
A. GIDAssociates.com is the largest provider of Iraqi Dinar in the United States. We sell billions of Dinars monthly.
Q. How can I pay for my purchase of Iraqi Dinar?
A. We accept wire transfers, certified checks, money orders and personal checks.
Q. What kind of bills do you sell?
A. We sell the new uncirculated 10K and 25K notes.
Q. When will my order ship?
A. 2-3 business days after receipt of a wire payment,
5 business days after receipt of a bank check, certified check or money order
and 10 business days after receipt of a personal check.
Please note: Shipments can be slightly delayed due to inclement weather,
religious holidays and other circumstances beyond our control.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Due to regulatory requirements, GID Associates only sells dinar to US based customers and ships to US addresses. All wire transfers must be in US Dollars and drawn from a US bank account - International wire transfers cannot be accepted for payment.
Q. Can I change my address?
A. Unfortunately with our internal system, we can not change your address after an order is placed. Also, please be aware that if you change your address, it will only affect new orders and not existing ones.
Q. Why do some orders take two weeks to ship?
A. With checks, two weeks allows for ample time for us to detect fraud.
Q. How do you ship the Dinar?
A. We ship USPS Express Mail. This generally takes approximately two business days to most addresses in the United States.
Q. Do I have to be home to sign for the package?
A. Yes. A signature is required by USPS or you can pick it up within 3 days.
Q. Is your company registered with federal and local agencies?
A. We are registered with the United States Treasury Department.
Q. How do I know that the Dinar is authentic?
A. The Dinar gets processed through a DeLaRue authenticity verification processing machine prior to shipping. DeLaRue, located in the United Kingdom, is the company which prints the Iraqi Dinar for the government of Iraq. There are also numerous security features for you to check on each note.
Q. Can you provide a certificate of authenticity?
A. As of February 3, 2011 all orders that ship will ship with a certificate of authenticity included. If you would like a certificate for a previous order, please call us at 1-800-319-5206 with your order number, and we will be more than happy to provide you with one.
Q. Where can I view your registration with the US Treasury Department?

Q. How much volume of Iraqi Dinar do you sell per month?
A. We are a private company and do not disclose sales information. We do disclose that we sell billions of Iraqi Dinar per month.
Q. May I return my order?
A. All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. GIDAssociates.com will not issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. You have 2 hours to contact our office after the package is signed for to let us know about any discrepencies.
Q. How can I cash in my Iraqi Dinars?
A. Please call 1-800-319-5206 prior to returning your dinar for current buy back rates. Until markets develop for the resale of Iraqi Dinars, it may be difficult for you to liquidate your Iraqi Dinars or exchange them for US Dollars.
Q. What happens if your prices go down?
A. GIDAssociates.com reserves the right to change, at any time, its prices for Iraqi Dinars without prior notice. If the prices go down, you will not receive a price adjustment. All sales are final.
Q. What happens if no one is home to sign for the package and it is returned back to your office?
A. If your package is returned back to our office for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to let you know that it was returned back to us. There is a $24.00 reshipping charge to send your package back out to you.
Q. What if my payment is returned?
A. If a payment is returned for any reason we will contact you via email and phone to inform you. There is a $25.00 return check fee that you will be responsible for and we will no longer be able to accept checks from you. You will have to send a secured payment for any other orders.
